The member representing Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Abdulmumin Jibrin, has said that President Bola Tinubu will secure at least 65 per cent of the total votes cast in the 2027 presidential election.
Jibrin disclosed this saying that Tinubu has become more popular among Nigerians.
The lawmaker said that the former Lagos State governor does not have a record of losing an election.
He described the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, as an asset, noting that the minister has made sacrifices for the All Progressives Congress (APC), including ensuring that Rivers became an APC state.
Jibrin said that every member of the party has benefited directly or indirectly from Wike’s support for Tinubu.
He therefore urged governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to consider the former Rivers State governor as one of their own.
