Voters across Osun State turned out on Saturday to cast their ballots in the governorship election, with polling units recording varying levels of activity as the exercise progressed.
The election saw voters queue up for accreditation and voting, while election officials and security personnel worked to manage the process at polling units across the state.
Several governorship candidates, including the incumbent governor, Ademola Adeleke, who is flying the flag of the Accord Party, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Najeem Salaam of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), and others, also cast their ballots at their respective polling units.
