The Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix takes place for its fourth edition this November, lighting up the Strip for three straight nights of racing and entertainment.
Full Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026 Race Weekend Schedule
Las Vegas becomes a lit racetrack every year, and 2026 marks the fourth edition of the modern Las Vegas Grand Prix on the Strip, which debuted in 2023. This is what you can look forward to during these three days.
When and Where the 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix Takes Place
The 2026 contest will be held between November 19 and 21 at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit, which is a 3.853-mile, 17-turn street track running counterclockwise along Las Vegas Boulevard. This venue has made its name in terms of exciting races, with 181 overtakes achieved on the course and speeds in excess of 225 mph.
Full Race Weekend Schedule
The Las Vegas Grand Prix schedule is incredibly tight: practice, qualifying, races, and after-parties are packed into three nights. To stay on track and avoid missing anything important, it is recommended to follow known experts to filter through the noise.
Race-weekend planning depends on clear, comparable information. Slotozilla uses the same approach when explaining welcome bonus offers and their terms. The schedule below applies that structure to the key events of the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend.
Thursday, November 19
Following the tradition of past seasons, the weekend starts with practice sessions that are
held in the evenings to display the Strip at night:
● 4:30-5:30 PM – Formula 1 Practice 1.
● 6:00-6:40 PM – F1 Academy Free Practice.
● 8:00-9:00 PM – Formula 1 Practice 2.
● 9:30-10:00 PM – F1 Academy Qualifying.
So, the F1 Academy, which is an all-women support series for F1, will also be making appearances on the track this weekend and wrapping up its season in Las Vegas.
Friday, November 20
The most congested day on the schedule is Friday, when there will be qualifying at night after practice. This is done to determine the positions during the race on Saturday.
● 4:30-5:30 PM – Formula 1 Practice 3.
● 6:15-6:50 PM – F1 Academy Reverse Race.
● 8:00-9:00 PM – Formula 1 Qualifying.
Qualifying is the main Formula 1 event of the evening, with drivers competing for their positions on the starting grid. The F1 Academy Reverse Race takes place between the final practice session and F1 qualifying.
Saturday, November 21
The Grand Prix will take place Saturday night and consists of 50 laps. The schedule looks
like this:
● 4:20-4:55 PM – F1 Academy Feature Race.
● 8:00 PM – Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
After the podium ceremony finishes, there is an after-party with the Backstreet Boys
performing at Sphere.
Formula 1 Sessions and Race Start Times
The race weekend takes place in the usual pattern of three practice sessions, one qualifying session, and the race itself, without a sprint this time around. The schedule includes all track activities in the evening and night, from 4:20 PM to 10:00 PM, with notable breaks.
You can use free time for sightseeing, grabbing a snack, or some gaming. A quick Verde casino login procedure will leave enough time for other activities. But make sure you don’t get too distracted and miss a live music show or your favorite driver’s interview.
Main Fan Zones Around the Las Vegas Strip Circuit
For 2026, the event is connecting its West Harmon Zone, East Harmon Zone, and Koval Zone by Heineken into one continuous footprint, giving ticket holders more freedom to move between areas. The main zones fans can expect this year include:
● West Harmon Zone, linked to the Lewis Hamilton Grandstand Package.
● East Harmon Zone, home to the Heineken Stage.
● Koval Zone by Heineken, now connected to both Harmon zones.
● Grand Prix Plaza, described as North America’s largest F1 attraction.
Together, these zones give ticket holders room to explore beyond a single fixed vantage point. Moving between them no longer requires leaving and re-entering the event footprint.
Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026 Tickets and Prices
Public ticket sales opened May 7, 2026, on F1LasVegasGP.com. Flexible payment plans were available through September 15, 2026. Some details in the table for clarity:
| Ticket type | Starting price |
| Single-Day General Admission | $50 |
| Three-Day General Admission | $492 |
| Grandstand Seats (weekend) | $925 |
| Lewis Hamilton Grandstand Package | $1,012 |
Hospitality packages run considerably higher and typically include premium viewing and dedicated amenities. Prices climb as availability drops, so booking early tends to secure better rates.
Best Places to Watch the Race
The grandstands located on the main straightaways provide the best view of the overtakes. The Harmon and Koval zones are connected and provide general admission visitors a combination of track viewing and entertainment without designated seating. Certain places are the most interesting for first-time visitors:
● Grandstands near the main straight, for the clearest view of overtakes and top-speed
sections.
● The connected Harmon and Koval zones, for a mix of track views and entertainment
without a fixed seat.
● Corners with tighter braking zones, where cars slow down enough to make close
racing easier to follow.
Whichever spot you pick, arriving early still makes the biggest difference. The best viewing areas tend to fill up well before the first cars hit the track.
How to Get to the Las Vegas Strip Circuit
As the race track lies along Las Vegas Boulevard, visitors mostly arrive on foot from Strip Hotels that are nearby. Ride-share drop-off points are a bit farther away from the track compared to normal days, so additional walking distance is expected.
What to Know Before Attending the Las Vegas Grand Prix
However, the temperatures will get pretty cool once night falls, so you may need to dress in layers even in Las Vegas. If you want everything to be easier, make sure to download the official event app in advance.
